Tasks
- Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS/US-GAAP
- Responsible for controlling related tasks (e.g. implementation of variance analyses)
- Monitoring of business processes in the company
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Processing accounts payable/receivable
- Handling of VAT pre-registration
- Overseeing receivables management
- Reconciliation of accounts

- Several years of job experience in a comparable position, preferably in a medium-sized company or corporate group
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or comparable, preferably with a specialization in controlling / accounting
- Knowledge of business administration, accounting, financial planning
- Knowledge in HGB, of VAT law as well as IFRS and/or US-GAAP
- Experience in international consolidation and currency issues
- Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
- Independent and proactive way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally MS-Navision
