We are in search of a talented DesignOps Specialist who will be pivotal in driving operational excellence within our design organisation. Reporting to a Design Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, scalability, and collaboration in our design efforts.
What you’ll be doing
- Establish and optimise design processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and maintain consistency across design teams.
- Manage design assets effectively to ensure designers are following the same standards and patterns.
- Select, implement, and manage design tools and systems that support the design workflow and collaboration.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between design teams and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Facilitate regular design reviews and provide feedback to maintain high standards of design excellence and consistency.
- Identify need and organise training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for designers to enhance their skills and stay updated with industry trends.

What you need to be successful
- Experience designing digital products. Experience designing for multiple platforms in an enterprise B2B SaaS is a huge plus
- A passion for optimising design operations and driving efficiency within design organisations
- Strong project management skills and experience managing resources and timelines effectively
- Expert-level skills in design tools and systems, with a deep understanding of industry best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
